Tubular Back Washing System,Back Washing Filter,Tubular Filter System.
Tubular Backwash Systems (TBS) are used in a host of applications for the removal of particulates from liquid streams. Various filtration materials from slotted wedge-wire, wire mesh, cloth and cast membranes are used depending on the specifics of a given application. Individual tubes are available in a range of sizes and materials of construction.
Single tube units are often used for batch processes. However, by periodically backwashing a filter element with a clean liquid, a Tubular Backwash element can be regenerated in place. Tubular Backwash units can also be used in continuous flow applications by using multiple tubes that are arranged in manifold to form a system. When a predetermined differential pressure or amount of time is reached, each tube is isolated by valves and backwashed individually thus allowing for reuse even when a continuous filtered liquid flow is required.
Tubular Back Washing System
Feature:
.Single system flow rates up to 3,000 gpm (681 m3/hr)
.Smooth pipe and nozzle connection transitions to avoid dead spots in the fluid stream and minimize pressure drop
.A broad selection of filter media materials and retentions suitable for a wide range of applications
.Proprietary 3-way, full-ported valves allow fast, frequent sequencing and maximum cleaning force during backwashing
.Isolated top-to-bottom backwash flow ensures complete and efficient media cleaning while continuing to deliver filtered product downstream
.Numerous automated backwash options for operator-free service and minimal backwash effluent (<2% of system volume)
